Job Title: Office Receptionist
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Answer and direct phone calls taking messages when necessary
- Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean and wellorganized
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
