Job Description
Activity Instructor
The Activity Instructor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading a variety of recreational activities and programs for guests of all ages at Hawar Resort. This role requires a pion for outdoor activities, excellent communication ss, and the ability to engage and entertain guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct recreational activities, including but not limited to water sports, nature walks, team-building exercises, fitness cles, and arts and crafts.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by providing thorough instructions, monitoring activities, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Engage with guests to understand their interests and tailor activities to meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain and manage activity equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and available for guest use.
- Promote activities through various communication channels within the resort to maximize guest participation.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other resort staff to coordinate special events and themed activities.
- ist in the development and improvement of activity programs based on guest feedback and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of participation, incidents, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry is preferred.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and water safety (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
- Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Knowledge of a variety of recreational activities and the ability to instruct and lead groups.
- Physical fitness and the ability to engage in strenuous activities.
- Multilingual ss are a plus.
