Job Description
Activity Coordinator
The Activity Coordinator will play a crucial role in designing, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational activities and programs for guests at Hawar Resort. This position requires creativity, excellent organizational ss, and the ability to engage and inspire guests of all ages, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of recreational activities, including water sports, fitness programs, cultural events, and nature excursions.
- Collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to develop and schedule activity programs that cater to diverse guest interests and preferences.
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely, following elished safety guidelines and protocols.
- Promote and communicate activity programs to guests through various channels, including resort newsletters, flyers, and digital platforms.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and adjust programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage recreational equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and readily available for use.
- Coordinate with other resort departments to ensure seamless of special events and themed activities.
- ist in training and supervising activity instructors and other recreational staff.
- Monitor participation and maintain accurate records of attendance, equipment usage, and any incidents or injuries.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality, recreation, or tourism industry.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and water safety (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organizational and time management ss.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative and energetic with a pion for recreation and guest engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Physical fitness and the ability to participate in and demonstrate recreational activities.
- Multilingual ss are a plus.
