Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities
Schedule: MondayFriday with occasional weekend cover
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £38000 pa

Our client a provider of supported living services for over 25 years is currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager for their fastpaced supported living care management team at their Peterborough head office.

You will be working with the Team Leader and accountable for daytoday management of your services reporting to the Group Operations Manager. As a Registered Service Manager you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of your allocated services. You will ensure service users are supported in a person centred way acheiving the outcomes of their assessed support plans and promoting independence at all times. You will be managing your team effectively safely and inline with the company's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting adults with learning disabilities autism and challenging behaviour in a senior role
• Level 5 NVQ/QCF in care or level 4 RMA or working towards
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle
• Good level of IT knowledge use of a digital management system and rosters.
• Flexible approach to work hours typical office hours will usually apply but you may been to be available for events or oncall.
