Job Description

Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities
Schedule: MondayFriday with occasional weekend cover
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £38000 pa



Job Description:

Our client a provider of supported living services for over 25 years is currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager for their respite home for adults with learning disabilities. This facility supports up to 11 adults in a care home environment. The role requires flexibility to work various shift patterns including weekends as necessary.

You will ensure the safety and wellbeing of our service users by adhering to local authority and CQC regulations. By promoting independence and empowering choice you will ensure that care plans and risk assessments are consistently followed. You will lead your team in a proactive handson manner ensuring KPIs are met and care hours are effectively delivered.

Requirements:
  • You must have an RMA Level 4 or Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Learning Disabilities setting with Managerial experience.
  • Driving License (required)
