Addressing the global climate challenge and safeguarding both humanity and the planet requires a transformation in food systems. This is why we built OpenSC.
• Cofounded by WWF and The Boston Consulting Group OpenSC is on a mission to revolutionize the way we buy and produce products by providing data on transparency and traceability for supply chains.
• We deliver social and environmental impact by providing supply chain transparency that empowers brands to know influence and prove (to third parties) the sustainability of their supply chain practices.
• This is achieved through the OpenSC platform which leverages AI Blockchain and Remote Sensing technologies to enable automated ingestion analysis and sharing of a supply chains data.

Tasks

• **Perform data analysis on progress of farmers on their regenerative practices. Economic profile: support the analytical component and generate analysis.
  Agronomic profile: support data interpretation and generation of insights preparation of reports for farmers to track their progress in regenerative practices.

• Project management e.g. Monitoring of progress of farmer onboarding and consolidating farmer feedback.
• Assist in developing project plans timelines and effectively communicate project milestones.
• Work closely with the Data team to perform quality control of Data.
• Maintain Databases E.g Product and Land Ingredients Database and Rainforest Alliance requirements.
• Conduct strategic assessments e.g. competitor landscape.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Agriculture Economics or any other relevant field.
• Strong alignment with OpenSCs vision and a desire to have positive impact on the world.
• Interested in supply chain manufacturing logistics agriculture certification sustainability and/or human rights.
• Strong project management skills ideally experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and precise communication.
• A Strategic and critical thinker.
• Excellent Problem solving analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong storytelling skills and confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
• A pragmatic entrepreneurial and handson approach.
• Enthusiasm and grit and the ability to have fun at work.
