For our new client the largest social media platform in the world their 400strong team is looking for several visionary designers for their customer support German Italian and French Market. Enjoy working as a Community Manager (m / f / d) since you are the bridge builder between the platform and their clients. You convince through your uniqueness your originality and your personality. Your passion for customer service transforms every contact into a personal and excellent customer service experience. You are your own manager for customer success and you are enthusiastic about communities and communication.

This Job can be performed from home anywhere in Germany

Your job as a Community Manager:

• You advise small and mediumsized companies (SMB) on advertising solutions and the management of advertisements
• You provide Post Sales Support showing the benefits of advertising solutions
• When answering customer inquiries you use all communication channels such as voice font editing and customer touchpoints in the social network

Do you have what it takes:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in GERMAN FRENCH or ITALIAN (one language is enough) and good command of English (B2)
• Social Media advert product knowledge or strong interest in digital advertising
• Problem solver multitasker and accustomed under pressure to get the best results
• Fast comprehension and learning ability
