Job Description

Our client an international cruise line is a popular brand and operates more than 25 ships designed to foster exceptionally fun and memorable vacation experiences at an outstanding value. Our client operates seasonal cruises in Europe North America and in the Caribbean as well as in Central America and Asia. The brand caters to a wide consumer demographic appealing to families couples singles and seniors alike. One common denominator among their guests is the desire for a truly fun memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.

We are hiring Guest Correspondence Representatives (m/f/d); in this role you are responsible for developing and disseminating communication to guests for postcruise issues. The main responsibility is to address concerns and find resolution within the department guidelines provided. The ideal candidate will respond in a timely manner via email and/or outbound phone calls. Must have excellent writing skills effective communication ability using empathy and sensitivity to the concern(s) being addressed. Fluency in French is a prerequisite.
