Job Description
Tasks
- Fulfill the needs and use cases of the business and product teams regarding hardware and software asset management.
- Enhance discovery solutions and data to provide more detailed hardware and software asset information.
- Recognize opportunities for improvements in service delivery user experience and security.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the product teams.
Requirements
- Deep expertise and substantial knowledge in Hardware and Software Asset Management operations.
- Proficient in the ServiceNow toolset (ITAM / ITOM).
- Over seven years of experience in IT infrastructure technologies including cloud computing networking identity storage backups resilience and disaster recovery.
- Skilled in working within agile organizations familiar with SCRUM/Kanban methodologies and tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
- Capable of both independent and collaborative work.
- Possesses a selforganized and analytical approach.
Fluent in English.
