In we work behind the scenes to make sure that new offers keep turning up on our . Each team focuses on one area. In the Key Account team we work closely with our current sellers helping them optimise their offers on our online marketplaces.

Aufgaben

Your tasks this is what awaits you in detail

• You are responsible for the commercial and technical support of our Chinese merchants
• You implement ideas from our merchants into new features
• You are responsible for the optimization of the merchant performance based on our KPIs
• You work closely with other functions e.g. Marketplace Controlling
• You identify and plan deal offers

Profil

Your profile this is what we expect from you

• You have a university degree focusing on economics
• You gained experience in account management customer support or inside sales (B2C or B2B) ideally in the ecommerce sector
• You possess a wealth of ideas and distinct communication skills
• You are strong in conceptual thinking and have a very good numerical understanding
• You are characterized by your proactive attitude a strong team spirit and you have the desire to improve and to evolve processes
• You are a native Chinese speaker with strong English skills. Proficiency in German is a plus.
