Job Description
Join our clients dedicated team as a Lead CRNA managing daily operations at a wellestablished practice in Findlay OH. Annual base salary starts at $223K increases based on experience and proficiencies Oncall rates: $250/night Weekend day $1200 Cardiac $250/night $500/day Overtime/call back rate: $175/hr Also open to 1099 candidates Relocation assistance Student loan reimbursement ($80K over 4 years) Signing bonus up to $20K (negotiable) Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations direct CRNA assignments Promote open communication and a collaborative and supportive work environment with surgeons and staff Provide direction guidance and feedback to ensure highquality and efficient patient care Promote excellent customer service with patients and staff Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews Opportunities for overtime if desired Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support Variety of cases (Otolaryngology Gastroenterology General surgery Gynecological surgery Ophthalmology Orthopedic surgery Pain management Podiatry Urology) Collaborative and supportive medical staff operations team and leadership Leadership who value YOU and your life outside of work Mentorship and collegial practice environment Supportive administration with local decisionmaking Input into the practice and future Focus on wellness and quality of care Strong and available subspecialty support Schedule and Shift Details Flexible work culture and time with patients. Autonomy with full practice support. Option of 8s 9s or 10s No weekends No holidays
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher
CRNA (2 years)
ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Board Certified
Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in the state of Ohio (OH)

Required skills & experience: 1) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. 2) Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of LA (or other NLC state). 3) 2+ years previous experience working in care management and/or with CKD/ESRD patients is preferred. 4) Ability to take call remotely on some nights and weekends 5) Must have Home Health and/or Hospice experience. Preferred 2+ years experience in any of the following: Dialysis Care Home Health Care Hospice Case Management (CM)
