Seeking a highly skilled National Security Attorney with three to six years of relevant experience in CFIUS customs and other international trade expertise.
Must have a thorough understanding of national security laws regulations and policies.
Should be proficient in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients colleagues and government officials effectively.
Should have experience in advising clients on national security issues including export controls sanctions and foreign investment.
Must have a strong understanding of the government clearance process.
Should have experience in representing clients before government agencies including the Departments of Defense State and Commerce as well as the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state where they will be working.
