Position Title: Lead Generator/Appointment SetterWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 55000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00 PM 12:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A LEAD GENERATOR/APPOINTMENT SETTER
Responsibilities as a Lead Generator/Appointment Setter:
Identify and scrape potential leads from LinkedIn social media and other online platforms.
Utilize tools and techniques to gather accurate contact information of decisionmakers.
Reach out to leads via email phone and social media to schedule appointments.
Maintain a calendar of appointments and ensure all meetings are confirmed and attended.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and appointments.
Track and report on leadgeneration activities and appointmentsetting metrics.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on target audiences and strategies.
Provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of outreach methods.
Qualifications as a Lead Generator/Appointment Setter:
Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting preferably in the software industry.
Experience with LinkedIn scraping tools and other lead generation software.
Strong research and data mining skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
