As a Group Procurement manager we are looking for an experienced Procurement and Logistics
manager to handle group level Procurement and logistics operations. In this role you ll collaborate with
other departments such as Operations Finance Marketing Sales Technical HR etc. to create effective
business plans teamwork and budgeting are important skillsets. You will also be supporting production
activities and operations. Youll be involved in the preproduction (planning) stage as well as the
production (control and supervision) stage. A large part of the job is dealing with people and resources
management. You may also be involved with product design and purchasing and the role may be
integrated with other functions such as Marketing.

Procurement Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's overall business
objectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
Identify evaluate and select strategic suppliers to ensure costeffectiveness quality and
reliability.
Negotiate contracts and agreements including terms and conditions pricing and service levels.
Budget responsible for dedicated cost center
Maintain records for Capex Budget file
Analyze market trends conduct benchmarking and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Implement initiatives to optimize procurement costs without compromising on quality.
Maintains local supplier relationships to ensure the procurement of materials and services
support international and local needs.
Send RFQ & RFPs to be approved international/local vendors.
Negotiations with supplier.
Prepare Comparison Sheet Purchase Orders on Procurement System and following with
supplier related to PO.
Supervising the Store activities and check inventory on Monthly/Quarterly
Supervising shipping arrangements Tracking Customs clearance for local and foreign
destination with Logistics team.
Follow up renewals for vendor support maintenance contract.
Leads investigation maintenance and changes of Purchase Orders (POs) (indirect) or frame
agreements to allow for successful processing of supplier invoices.
Ensure procurement processes adhere to relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Establish and maintain strong governance practices within the procurement function.
Lead and develop a highperforming procurement team.
Provide guidance mentorship and training to team members.
