Project Engineer Electrical

On behalf of our client that is in the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering sector we are looking for suitable personnel to join them as Project Engineer (Electrical).

Responsibilities:

• Capable of reading electrical and ELV drawing schematic diagram drawings.
  
• Coordinate and liaise with Client/Subcontractor on the project and maintenancerelated matters to ensure smooth execution of site work.
  
• Able to review and understand contract specifications and prepare and submit variation orders according to the requirement.
  
• Able to perform engineering design load and fault calculation.
  
• Able to resolve technical issues related to installation commissioning and testing.
  
• Ensure the installation works are done according to the approved shop drawing method statement project specifications and relevant standards.
  
• Attend regular site meetings with the Client/Subcontractor to discuss and resolve the site matters.
  
• To assist the Project/Site/Construction Manager in handling and monitoring the project progress.
  

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  
• Experience in project management handling for industrial or commercial purposes.
  
• Experience in the MRT Project is a bonus.
  
• Knowledge of designing phases or street lighting works is a bonus.
  
• Good communication and interaction skills.
  
• A team player and possess problemsolving coordination and management skills.
