Finance Director Senior Manager

About the Company

Responsibilities

We re looking for an experienced Finance Director / Senior Manager with regional exposure and experience in integration and building a highperforming team.

• Lead or collaborate in the development of business cycle planning and strategic initiatives;
  
• Provide support and insights to team leaders across Southeast Asia aiding in decisionmaking and performance enhancement;
  
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive process improvements to enhance financial performance;
  
• Ensure timely and highquality completion of all regional and group reporting requirements;
  
• Manage mergers and acquisitions including integration processes;
  
• Supervise audit and statutory accounts;
  
• Oversee all direct and indirect taxation matters across all markets;
  
• Ensure that all practices adhere to regional laws and regulations;
  
• Manage credit and ensure effective cash treasury and risk management;
  
• Ensure robust governance and control mechanisms are in place;
  

Requirements

• Professional qualifications in accounting (e.g. CPA ACCA ACA) or equivalent;
  
• Experience working in large enterprises with regional exposure;
  
• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience with prior experience in a senior position;
  
• Proven team management and leadership skills with a track record of building and leading highperforming teams;
  
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical insight generation and communication skills;
  
• Proficiency in reporting forecasting budgeting and providing decision support to leadership team;
  
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to organisational growth;
  
• Good communication skills.
