Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cast shop, including casting, melting, and related processes.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient production.
- Plan and schedule cast shop activities to meet production targets and customer requirement.
- Monitor and control casting parameters, such as temperature, alloy composition, and mold design, to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Optimize the use of resources, including manpower, furnaces, and materials, to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
