Position Overview:
We are looking for suitable candidates for our clients job requirement Business Project Manager position for Digital/Mobile Banking Implementation. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex digital banking projects ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to deployment and postimplementation support. The person will be part of Banks project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage endtoend digital/mobile banking implementation projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope goals deliverables required resources and timelines.
Monitor and track project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders including senior management business units IT vendors and clients.
Facilitate regular project meetings providing updates on status risks and issues.
Manage Implementation Vendor (to be selected by Bank) for the Bank and Coordinate with Product Company (Temenos)
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Maintain high standards of quality in project deliverables.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with thirdparty vendors and partners involved in the project.
Manage vendor relationships and performance.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new digital/mobile banking solutions.
Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and postimplementation reviews.
Ensure all project documents are complete current and stored appropriately.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or any related field.
10 years of experience in project management specifically in digital/mobile banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms mobile banking solutions and related technologies.
PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project JIRA or similar.
