Are you a native Danish speaker with a good command of English (B2) We have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a Customer Advisor in beautiful Barcelona.

Workplace: Onsite
Schedule: Parttime Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (B2) and Danish (Native level)
• Previous experience in a similar position and industry
• Basic sales skills including upselling and crossselling
• Positive attitude towards customer service
• Proficiency with IT platforms equipment and applications: Windows/MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests providing necessary advice to ensure satisfaction and maintaining contractual SLA
• Escalate potential service issues as needed
• Follow all project processes and procedures
• Provide coverage for other agents in their absence within the same team or across teams
• Liaise with supervisors/mentors on specific projects when requested
• Handle administrative duties including holiday sickness and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner
• Attend regular team meetings
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or mentor to maintain service performance quality and customer satisfaction
