Job Title: Employment Compilance
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Advise HR and management on compliancerelated issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employment laws and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve compliancerelated complaints and issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all employee handbooks and policy documents are uptodate and compliant.
- Assist in the development of risk management strategies related to employment compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law or a related field.
- Proven experience in employment compliance or a similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
