Job Title: Geotechnical Construction Project Manager

Location: Hybrid Londonderry NH

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week

Pay range: USD According to experience Annually/Yearly benefits

Must Have

Would need to have preconstruction sales experience working with GCs

Consultants and Owners building relationships for business development.

Must be Confident and able to juggle 4060 jobs in various stages from early

estimating to final proposal and or negotiation. (we have construction Design

Engineers and Construction Project Managers to work with you).

Needs great follow up people time management and problemsolving skills.

Comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for

business development.

This person would preferably be a PE have a bachelors degree in Civil

engineering and a masters in Geotechnical engineering
