Title: Inspection & Quality Technician
Location: Charlotte NC 28269
Duration: 8 Months
Shift: 6:00AM 2:30PM (Mon to Fri)

- Experience in using Continuous Improvement (CI) tools to deliver continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability in the use of appropriate problemsolving tools including root cause analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to facilitate and motivate teams
- Technical knowledge / understanding of commercial HVAC manufacturing processes.
