Job Description:

• Regular and predictable attendance is required
• Performs machine setup machining welding setup welding sheet metal fabrication and extrusion tube bending and fabrication tasks. Performs composite layup fabrication and assembly tasks. Assembles precision mechanical and electromechanical components. Assembles repairs modifies and installs various power plants and drive trains. Perform soldering on electronic and avionics products. Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products. Prepares test articles fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests. Performs basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation. Applies routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements. Works on articles of limited complexity following established drawings and requirements.

Must Haves:

• 1. Fabrication/ manufacturing experience
• 2. Must have demonstrated strong effective communication work ethic and sense of urgency for completing assigned task/work.
• Plusses:
• 1. Must be proficient in using Microsoft applications such as Word Excel PowerPoint & Outlook etc.

Additional Notes:

• Please note These positions are variable shifts contractors must be able to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift dependent on business need.
• Successful completion and clearance of all screening requirements is a contingency for this assignment.
• 3 weeks of training
• Friday July 5th will be the first class start date with a minimum 6 and maximum 9 individuals.
• Dress Code South Carolina Teamwear Provided at the teamwear store. No open toed shoes

Education / Experience:

• High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
