Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and can demonstrate empathy patience and resilience. SEND experience is beneficial to this role but isnt essential.
Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons
Work with small groups of children to support their learning
Provide onetoone support to children who require additional help
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitor and record the progress of children
Requirements
An empathetic patient and resilient individual
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
SEND experience is beneficial but not essential
