As a Systems Process Manager you will:

• Collect wishes from stakeholders and formulate business cases.
  
• Develop a vision for the future use of Azure DevOps within the FEC organization ensuring that RFCs (including those from stakeholders) are formulated impacted and implemented.
  
• Build and manage flows with Power Automate or similar solutions/systems related to process automation.
  
• Ensure futureproof solutions and proper documentation.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least a bachelors degree.
  
• Knowledge of and experience with the Agile method.
  
• Strong affinity with IT solutions with at least 5 years of work experience in building and managing flows related to process automation using Power Automate or similar systems.
  
• A Lean certificate (Greenbelt).
  
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Be analytical and understand complex issues.
  
• Proactively identify improvements and involve and convince stakeholders retrieving the real wishes of the business and knowing the available alternatives.
  
• Determine the impact of changes and be decisive.
  
• Be creative in finding solutions using your expertise and work experience.
  
• Have knowledge of products within Microsoft 365 to determine the extent of a standardized solution compared to Power Automate/Power Apps.
  
• Have knowledge of VSTS and/or Azure DevOps services.
