The Role of Sales Operations Manager

• This is an autonomous Sales / Operations / People Management role
• Full P&L responsibility of a flag ship centre of a global leading capital equipment brand / manufacturer with industry leading status.
  
• People Management of 2 Trainee Sales Centre Managers.
• As Sales Operations Manager you will have full strategic and control of the business unit with P&L responsibility.
• Initially you will implement a sales strategy to increase footfall and revenue into the branch.
• Business development targeting enduser businesses within a 30 mile radius of the centre.
• Demonstrating stateoftheart commercial cleaning equipment and home / garden products to customers.
• Collaborating with wider sales function including Business Development Managers Key Account Managers and other commercial departments.

The Candidate for the Sales Operations Manager

• We are looking for a well rounded commercial business professional
• You will need strong operation experience with P&L responsibility
• It is essential that you have people management experience
• It is required that you have sales experience
