What youll do at Nexus
As an Account Manager you are responsible for cultivating and expanding endcustomer relationships and establishing relevant partnerships with the most important ITinfrastructure providers and sales partners in the DASH & CESE region.
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute on strategic account plans to achieve business goals increasing market penetration and closing sales.
- Actively Identify plan for and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Present complex solutions to end customers and sales partners support and assistance with end customers in projects where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate the complete solution portfolio or selected focal points at own and partnercustomer events and trade fairs.
- Maintain and administrate projects in the companys internal database and preparation of sales forecasts and reporting.
Tech stack: SalesForce Office 360. PowerBI. LinkedIN/social media.
About you
- To thrive in this role you must be business oriented and own a positive growth mindset.
- You enjoy building and cultivating relationships (both internally and externally) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You have strong analytical and problemsolving abilities and know how to plan organize and prioritize work effectively and with minimal guidance.
- You dont shy away from a challenge and usually see opportunities rather than focus on problems.
- You take ownership for your work and your customers.
- You have experience from successfully handling difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace as well as complex business challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales partner management or both in the DACH/CESE region (5 years).
- Working proficiency level in both English and German.
- A background in Tech Cybersecurity Software SaaS or IT.
- The ability to travel and possess a proactive mindset to visit different stakeholders.
- A relevant partner/customer network.
Preferred Qualifications
- A keen interest in security and tech with some experience and a strong willingness to learn more.
- Any degree/education/training related to the role is seen as a plus.
