Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical vision and reality by designing developing testing and deploying functional components. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders project managers quality assurance teams and other developers to ensure the successful execution of the longterm technology roadmap.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly communicate with stakeholders project managers quality assurance teams and developers regarding progress on longterm technology roadmap.
• Design develop test and deploy functional components to bridge the gap between technical vision and reality.
• Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs.
• Produce quality code to raise the bar for team performance and speed.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• 4 years of proven production experience with Java (Java 17).
• Experience with mass data handling technologies such as ActiveMQ Kafka and Hazelcast.
• Proficiency in SQL databases including PostgreSQL and MS SQL.
• Strong understanding of the Spring Framework including Spring Boot Spring MVC and Spring Security.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of Docker containers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Project Management

• Participation in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Utilization of GIT for version control keeping track of code changes and enabling seamless integration.
• Leveraging Atlassian tools (JIRA Confluence) to enhance collaboration and project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
