Heres what youll do:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans coordinate team members and manage project timelines and budgets
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams provide direction and support managers within the organisation with interdepartmental projects
• Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards
• Support and Training: Support team members professional development and ensure we have training systems to support the leadership team
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements manage expectations and provide regular updates
• Supervision: Act as an internal consultant for projects across the organisation ensuring best practice in projects managed by other stakeholders
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Documentation: Maintain relevant project documentation including project plans status reports and postproject evaluations

Job requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Project Management and working in Agile environments
• Fluency in English (C1 or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Jira Excel/Google Sheets & Powerpoint/Google Slides
• Certifications in Project Management and/or Agile methodology are a plus
• Experience using AI applications is a plus

Conditions

• Fulltime freelance working agreement 40 hours per week
• Flexible working hours with a Monday to Friday schedule
• Working hours aligned to a Spanish schedule (Central European Time)
• Full remote position with the possibility to come to our office in Barcelona if you want to!
