- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting relevant data as required by the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and data integrity.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
