Job Summary:

The Head of First Time Deposits (FTDs) will lead strategies to convert new leads into firsttimedepositors for our regulated Forex company. This role involves optimizing client acquisitionprocesses managing targeted campaigns and enhancing the onboarding experience tomaximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to increase firsttime deposits. Analyze market trends and client behaviors to refine acquisition tactics.

Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to design effective campaigns. Coordinate with Customer Support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs related to firsttime deposits. Report performance metrics and insights to senior management.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute multichannel campaigns targeting new clients. Adjust strategies based on campaign performance and data analysis.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferably in the Forex or financial services

industry. Proven success in increasing client acquisition and conversion rates.

Skills: Strong analytical strategic planning and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
