Job Summary:
The CRM and Reports Manager will be responsible for managing the company's CustomerRelationship Management (CRM) system and generating detailed reports to supportdecisionmaking processes. This role involves optimizing CRM processes ensuring dataintegrity and providing actionable insights to improve client acquisition and retention for ourregulated Forex company.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the CRM system. Ensure the CRM system is effectively capturing all client interactions and data. Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and
loyalty. Train staff on CRM system functionalities and best practices.
Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM system. Regularly audit the CRM data to identify and correct discrepancies. Implement data validation processes to maintain high data quality standards.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular and adhoc reports to support sales marketing and operations. Analyze data to provide insights on client behavior sales performance and
market trends. Present findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement CRM enhancements. Monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Compliance and Security: Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory requirements and company
policies. Implement security measures to protect sensitive client information.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience managing CRM systems preferably in the
financial services or Forex industry. Proven track record in generating and analyzing reports to drive business
decisions. Skills:
Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and dataanalysis tools.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
