Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO on strategic business planning.

- Assist in the development and formalization of strategic plans for the Group and its branches.

- Engage with external stakeholders and communities to ensure effective communication and relationship building.

- Assist in setting key performance indicators to measure and improve business performance.

- Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.

- Present detailed analyses of company operations and non-operations to the CEO and senior leaders.

- Manage and complete special projects, events, and initiatives assigned by the CEO with skillful oversight.

- Identify and address core issues within business processes.

- Provide professional data visualization and presentation support for decision-making using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MS Office, and Google Sheets.

- Serve as a subject-matter expert, handle inquiries, develop action plans, and assist with communication preparation and dissemination.

- Organize Corporate Headquarters performance meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.

- Identify areas for improvement across the company and make actionable recommendations.

- Perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of engineering or a related area.

- Having a PMP certification is a plus.

- Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

- Proficient in digitalization.

- Fluent in English.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret complex data.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- Strong teamwork skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong ethics and reliability.
