Title : Automation Specialist Desktop Engineering

Location: Austin TX

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows for desktop deployments and data migrations of user data applications and settings using Autopilot USMT PowerShell Power Platform and other automation tools.
• Test and troubleshoot automation solutions and ensure they meet the business and user requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT staff on automationrelated issues and best practices.
• Document and update automation processes procedures and standards.
• Research and evaluate new automation technologies and tools and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in desktop engineering automation or related roles.
• Proficient in Autopilot USMT PowerShell Power platform and other desktop automation and migration tools
• Knowledge of Windows 10 Microsoft 365 Azure AD Intune and other cloudbased services and platforms.
• Strong problemsolving troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Certifications in Microsoft CompTIA or other relevant areas are a plus.
