Job Description
- The primary objective set by The Red Sea Air Services Company to all Passenger Services Agents is to ensure that all aspects of the passenger experience, including baggage, check-in, ticketing, and boarding are conducted by company SOPs and policies.
- The Passenger Service Agent shall provide a high level of service with a focus on customer satisfaction and ensure that every passenger is assisted in a timely and efficient manner
