Job Description

Leading from the front, the Production Logistics Head is responsible for managing milestones / timelines to ensure all speaker logistical planning efforts are on point
Ensure that all applicable legislations laid by SCEGA for speaker screening are met with on-time data sharing
Manage and maintain strong relationship with 3rd party service providers to support the logistics function
Seek logistical efficiencies, financial, operational, and practical
Negotiate hotel rates, agreements signing off, and payment terms are agreed for each event season
