Job Description
- Leading from the front, the Production Logistics Head is responsible for managing milestones / timelines to ensure all speaker logistical planning efforts are on point
- Ensure that all applicable legislations laid by SCEGA for speaker screening are met with on-time data sharing
- Manage and maintain strong relationship with 3rd party service providers to support the logistics function
- Seek logistical efficiencies, financial, operational, and practical
- Negotiate hotel rates, agreements signing off, and payment terms are agreed for each event season
