Job Description

Strategic ss:

Ability to develop and implement customer experience transformation strategies.
A deep understanding of customer experience principles and best practices in improving it.
ytical ss:

Ability to yze customer data and use it to identify opportunities and improvements.
Ability to measure and yze customer experience performance and provide detailed reports.
Technical ss:

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Experience using ytical tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience.
