Job Description

The Radiological Science Program is seeking a clinical instructor to train & supervise groups of radiological technology students in all practical courses. The clinical instructor plays a vital role in upholding the mission and reputation of BMC and its academic excellence through their research teaching and community engagement. Typical clinical instructors duties & responsibilities include:

  • Instructs students in clinical aspects of performing radiographic examinations.
  • Demonstrates positioning techniques use of equipment and safety precautions.
  • Evaluates students performance and provides additional training as needed.
  • Supervises students performing radiological procedures.
  • Maintains student records including examinations logs performance evaluations clinical written assignments and film critiques.
  • Assists and conducts practical examinations.
  • Perform other relevant duties & responsibilities as required in accordance with the programs policies & rules.


Requirements


Experience 23 years performing professional radiographic work.

Qualification: BSc in radiology Master s degree is preferred

Licenses and Certificates: Registration with SCHS
