Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

ORGANIZATION : As a member in the our IT Engineering team. You will ensure the quality of frontend and backend software work closely with developers and set high QA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Participate in QA for software components. Ensure adherence to best practices and architectural principles. Set and enforce QA standards for performance stability and security. Lead QA automation and innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Management & Communication: Collaborate with Programme Managers Business Analysts and development teams. Communicate QA decisions effectively to IT team members and stakeholders.

Mentoring & Teamwork: Lead QA activities and initiatives. Coach and guide QA Engineers. Share expertise and best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
  
• 5 years in QA Engineering with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
  
• Experience in manual and automation testing (Robot Framework or Selenium).
  
• Proficiency in performance tools like Apache JMeter.
  
• Ability to write/run complex database queries (Postgres Oracle MariaDB).
  
• Knowledge of APM & Debugging tools (ElasticSearch Prometheus New Relic Firebase).
  
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum XP Lean Kanban).
  
• Understanding of Docker CI/CD Jenkins.
  
• Strong English communication skills.
