About the Job!
The Inside Sales Associate will play a critical role in our dynamic Sales Team. This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Driving new business with small business accounts and offering pivotal support to our sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Sales Department as required.
- Upselling and crossselling products via email and phone.
- Responding to sales inquiries through Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
- Engaging in outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Researching and compiling lead generation lists.
- Developing customerfocused solutions and positioning products against competitors.
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Working closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Job Type: Fulltime
Expected hours:
- 40 hours per week
- 8 hour shifts
- Day shift
- WeekdaysMonday through Friday
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales mortgage broker or lender negotiations.
- Key contributor to achieving monthly and quarterly company sales targets.
- Negotiate and coordinate any sales deal or accounts considering the objectives of pricing quality delivery and profitability.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Assist Receiving and Accounts Payable in resolving receipt and invoice discrepancies.

Job Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Notes. Along with other software programs that monitor the items: posts, SKU, title, and price Must be a detail-oriented self-starter, who is able to quickly learn the basics of Ecommerce Ability to complete all assignments in an efficient and timely manner, in order to meet departmental quotas. Must be responsible, reliable, and organized. Must have excellent writing skills Ability to work independently Three years experience in Google Ads
