Compensation: Up to $140000 annually.
Job Details:
- About Home Health: Geriatric patient population
- Position: Home Health/Contract/Physical Therapist (PT)
- Coverage: 10mile radius from your Home Address. Riverside San Bernardino Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas
- Job Type: Contract

Opportunity:

Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- CA Licensed Physical Therapist.
- CPR Certified.
- Recent Physical within last year.
- Clear TB Test experience (Entry Levels to Seasoned).
- Works well unsupervised.
Physical Therapy in Home Health:
- Evaluate patients.
- Followup patients.
- Patients are seen 2 to 3 times per week.
- Postsurgical.
- Balance.
- Home safety.
- ROM.
- Strength training.
- Equipment evaluation.
What to expect while treating:
- 45minute treatments.
- Easy laptop documentation.
- 1 to 7 pts in a week.

Mentorship:
- You are paired with a Senior PT to bounce ideas off.
