We are looking for an IT Support specialist to assist our internal employees with questions and problems concerning computer systems hardware and software. Standout candidates will be excellent problemsolvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills. If you have experience in this field this is the position for you!
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client support queries.
Providing support in person over the phone or via remote access.
Diagnosing issues with computer software peripherals and hardware.
Providing basic computer training.
Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of computer software systems office applications (MS Office Adobe etc) operating systems (Windows MacOS) basic network technologies (WiFI VPN).
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems including motherboards memory modules and processors.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to selfmanage short and longterm goals effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Ability to discover prioritize and address points in the responsibility area in a projectoriented manner.
- Patience and understanding.
