This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire Sales Team including Sales and Marketing Supervisors
- Responsible for supervising and organizing the Sales Team
- Managing organizational sales by developing business plans meeting planned goals and coordinating lead generation.
- Oversee and direct the sales teams or departments to meet or exceed sales revenue and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
- Handles the activities and performance of the sales team by setting individual sales targets and facilitating the training of the team
Requirements
- Graduate of a University degree preferably Marketing Business Management Engineering or Finance and/or MBA degree
- With at least 5 years of Management experience in Sales and Marketing related to Fintech / Banking Sales
- With strong Leadership skills Financial Management Operations Management Sales Management Negotiation skills; Organization development and Strategic Planning.
- Has the ability to keep abreast of business trends competitor s activities and related regulation
