Job Description
The Strategy and Innovations Director spearheads the data gathering analysis and ideation needed for the formulation of short medium and longterm strategies of the organization. Working with the management team he/she ensures initiatives are properly aligned to allow for the goals to be met and will ensure that both the content and spirit of the strategic plan are being implemented through continuous performance monitoring analysis and recommendation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the companys strategic plans including longterm goals objectives and initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends competitive landscape and growth opportunities.
- Business Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess strategic risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the companys interests.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate strategic priorities and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders including senior management board members and investors.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (such as finance marketing operations) to align strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in strategic planning processes.
Requirements
- Education Bachelor s Degree in Business Management Entrepreneurship Marketing Finance Accounting Economics or equivalent
- Related Experience Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Strategy particularly in BFSI
- Skills Microsoft Office Hubspot CRM
- Soft Skills:
- Proactive selfstarter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical decisive and datadriven
- Flexible adaptable and quick thinking
- Extremely organized and reliable
Education Bachelor s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent Related Experience Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Strategy particularly in BFSI Skills Microsoft Office, Hubspot CRM Soft Skills: Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Analytical, decisive and data-driven Flexible, adaptable, and quick thinking Extremely organized and reliable
