Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed.
