Job Description

Our Client a leading outofhome advertising media planning and buying agency specializing in innovative solutions to connect brands with their target audiences. With a proven track record of success and a reputation for excellence we are committed to delivering impactful campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Head to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities cultivating relationships with prospective clients and spearheading the development of new business verticals including brand activations retail and trade marketing and events planning and management. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising industry a strong network of contacts and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Identify and target new business opportunities within the advertising industry including but not limited to brand activations retail and trade marketing and events planning.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
  4. Lead the development of innovative proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our reach.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities pipeline and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in business development and sales preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
  3. Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decisionmakers in the advertising industry.
  4. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to think strategically analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving results.
  7. Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.
