Position: Client Development & Customer Service Assistant Manager
Location: Surabaya Indonesia
Our Client is International Forwarding Company looking for a Client Development & Customer Service incharged of Vietnam market. The role can be located in Surabaya and work remotely with the team in Singapore.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Establishing and developing new accounts/ businesses.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Carrying out sales calls/ sales visits.
- Visiting potential customers/ preparing quotations and proposals.
- Preparing weekly & monthly sales reports.
- Gathering market and customer information on current and future trends.
- Handling day to day customer enquiries order takings inhouse system data entry.
- Providing consistent interaction with clients to create and maintain customer relations.
- Actively promote the companys services and participate in sales activities.
- Ensuring company announcements products services rates policies and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
- Data analysis & tracking.
- Supporting periodic KPI reports.
- Working closely with the Ferrari Singapore team to ensure timely completion of services.
- Travelling as and when required for overseas business trips and events.
- Any other related functions to shipments coordination and adhoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma preferably in logistics supply chain or business studies.
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Vietnamese or English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous working experience in forwarding/shipping companies and or in luxury business (watch/ jewelry/ commodities preferred).
- Service focused and customeroriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Selfdriven analytical and able to perform with minimal supervision.
- Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team.
- Will be based in Indonesia (Surabaya)
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
