- Perform comprehensive research on current events and industry trends to assess and define training needs.
- Work collaboratively with training staff to establish and achieve shortterm and longterm curriculum goals.
- Ensure effective communication with team members to deliver all projects within deadlines.
- Participate in both virtual and inperson meetings to align strategies and progress with team objectives.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of existing training materials.
- Utilize the ACADIS/FTACS platform (TCIs Learning Management System) proficiently to design manage and evaluate training programs and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in corrections criminal justice or related field preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in law enforcement corrections or related field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in creating training content is highly preferred.
- Above average proficiency in MS PowerPoint Word and Excel is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and outside professionals.
- Ability to consistently meet performance deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training curriculum training content and points of instruction.
