Oracle Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle applications.

Oracle Module Configuration:
- Configure Oracle modules to meet business needs ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Perform functional testing and validation of configured modules.

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using Oracle applications.
- Design and implement new business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to endusers on Oracle functionalities.
- Develop training materials and user guides.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications test plans and process maps.
- Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 7 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle modules (e.g. Financials SCM HCM).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Certifications: Oracle certification is a plus.
Oracle Technical Consultant
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Design and Development:
- Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements.
- Design and implement customizations extensions and integrations for Oracle applications.

System Integration:
- Work on integrating Oracle applications with other systems and thirdparty applications.
- Develop and manage integration strategies and plans.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for Oracle applications troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Perform regular system updates patches and upgrades.

Performance Tuning:
- Optimize the performance of Oracle applications and databases.
- Conduct performance tuning and system monitoring.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and test plans.
- Generate technical reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 7 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle development tools and technologies (e.g. PL/SQL Oracle Forms Oracle Reports Oracle ADF).
- Proficiency in integrating Oracle applications with other systems.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Certifications: Oracle certification is a plus.
