Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality supply chain management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation:

   • Lead the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions including requirement gathering configuration testing and deployment.
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their supply chain requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
   • Provide guidance and best practices for Oracle SCM Cloud implementation and configuration.

2. System Configuration and Management:

   • Configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements.
   • Manage and maintain Oracle SCM Cloud environments ensuring optimal performance and security.
   • Perform regular system updates patches and upgrades.

3. Business Process Analysis:

   • Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities.
   • Design and implement new supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
   • Develop and maintain process documentation.

4. Training and Support:

   • Provide training and support to endusers on Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities.
   • Develop training materials and user guides.
   • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle SCM Cloud.

5. Integration and Data Migration:

   • Work on integrating Oracle SCM Cloud with other systems and thirdparty applications.
   • Perform data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
   • Develop and manage data migration strategies and plans.

6. Project Management:

   • Manage Oracle SCM Cloud projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
   • Collaborate with project managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
   • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 7 years of experience working with Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules (e.g. Procurement Order Management Inventory Product Lifecycle Management Supply Chain Planning).
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
• Certifications: Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Oracle BI and reporting tools.
